What happened
Worker was stocking shelves and went to remove a zip tie that was placed to hold coupons for public use with a safety cutter style box cutter. The safety cutter was not the proper tool and took a lot of downward force to cut through the zip tie. The downward force cut through the zip tie and the end of the cutter struck the worker gouging the forearm. Worker received stitches but no work restriction or time off ordered
