What happened
Worker was preparing to install the screws on the [REDACTED]. One of the screws were stuck and wouldn 't slide into the sleeve. While trying to insert the screws completely Worker used his left hand to reach into the sleeve and push the screw into place. When Worker pushed the screw it gave way and slid into place pinching his finger. Which ended up cutting smashing the tip of his middle left finger.
