Students back that was fairly heavy also pulled down on the employee 's right shoulder as she was carrying it on her shoulder for the student.

Burning pain in the her right bicep and throbbing pain in her right shoulder and the shoulder blade. Right neck pain as well. Scratch to the right forearm that did not break the skin.
