What happened
Employee was driving their company vehicle in the outside lane of a highway. A privately operated vehicle from the left traveling same direction inside lane merged toward our vehicle. Employee steered hard to right to avoid being hit drove onto the road shoulder hitting a down wire on an adjacent power pole resulting in injury to neck and nose.
