EE was assisting [REDACTED] in securing the A frames to the bed of a trailer.

EE was on the trailer tightening the chain binder to secure the A-frames to the trailer. The chain binder was positioned at waist height as EE was facing the binder using a cheater bar both hands pushing across EE 's body and down on the binder to lock it into position. EE reported hearing a pop in his knee and going down and feeling the pain.
