Before the incident
EE was installing thrust bearing into machine
What happened
EE was in a sitting position with his feet in a well near the thrust bearing and when he went to raise himself out of the sitting position his right foot slipped which put him back to the sitting position again. As he was slipping he was gripping support post and we can only speculate that he strained the right side of his back trying to stop his fall.
