Before the incident
EE was reaching into the machine with an allen wrench to adjust the stretch rod.
What happened
As the EE reached in to adjust stretch rod he touched a hose clamp with his already sore finger from a previous cut on his fingertip causing a natural reaction to pull his hand upward striking the back of his right hand on the mounting bracket for the stretch rod causing a laceration.
