He was climbing down a leave out on a wall to get to the floor below to assist in setting a wall form panel.

He was tied off to vertical rebar dowels (3) that he thought were secure but weren 't. He fell approximately 7 feet

He sustained no significant injuries and was released the same day. However he was given morphine in the ER and was given a prescription with his orders.
