What happened
EE removed a wine transfer line from tank 312 and thought he could make the wine transfer reach tank 313. The EE did not notice the wine transfer line was caught under another wine transfer line. When he pulled on the wine transfer line he felt something pull in his lower back. Which brought him to his knees. He was able to work the remainder of the day. After he got home and woke up he was barely able to get out of bed.
