Before the incident
Employee had a resident who fell out of the bed and hit the temporal artery on the side of his head broke his nose and he had a bloody nose. His teeth were knocked out and he was bleeding from his mouth and he was having difficulty breathing through his nose and he wanted to blow his nose. Employee went to put the towel up to his face and he had already started blowing his nose and then he coughed and there was blood on the employee 's face in her mouth and on both of her arms. Employee had gone into the bathroom and started rinsing her mouth out washed her face and arms.
