What happened
Resident had fallen face first from his wheelchair onto the floor in the living room. Two caregivers attempted to lift him up one under each arm and pivot transfer him back into his wheelchair. During the pivot transfer resident 's legs gave out and the first caregiver used her R arm to stabilize resident and keep him from falling.
