Employee stated that they were realigning a panel at the toe kick notcher and their left hand slipped and went into the machine At the same time their hand slipped they accidently struck the foot pedal causing the machine to cycle When the machine cycled the received a laceration to their left middle finger Employee was taken to UNC Lenoir Health ER for treatment
