Team member does not know exactly the task. He states that he had been grinding back bumpers at one point.

Team member had irritation in his right eye. TM thought it was an illness so after the end of shift the TM went to the emergency for observation. The attending physician found a sliver of metal in the eye. [REDACTED] TM still had irritation in the eye. The TM travelled to an eye specialist facility and upon observation found more metal in the eye. They removed the slivers of metal. The TM has returned to work with no restrictions.
