What happened
Employee removed air line valve located by [REDACTED] 4 [REDACTED] in order to fix issue with [REDACTED] 6 [REDACTED] filter. During re-assembly he reconnected the air line back to [REDACTED] 4 [REDACTED] valve but it was not seated in the assembly. When he opened the oil line valve the air line popped off and hot oil under pressure came out of line opening striking the employee around the left eye area and left side of face.
