Employee was exiting lady’s restroom and had taken a step onto plant floor. The forklift operator was loading the 2nd stack of pallets onto a flatbed trailer. The forklift operator pushed nudged the 1st stack of pallets with the 2nd stack of pallets. The push nudge caused the first stack to topple off the trailer and pallets struck the employee on the left leg.
