Wiping down bumpers.

Using a towel to dry off the bumpers the affected employee took his gloves off due to a burning sensation on the palms of both his hands. It was later determined that a different employee had incorrectly filled a bottle labeled as IPA (isopropyl alcohol) with hydrogen peroxide causing this burning sensation and severe dryness to employees hands. A diagnosis of chemical burn was reported by Concentra. Employee was dispensed prescription medication and released to return to work with no restrictions
