Employee plus another aide was assisting a patient from the commode to the bed. Patient became weak and began to collapse. Employee placed her leg under the patient to try to prevent them from falling all the way to the ground. Both aides grabbed the gait belt which was on the patient and proceeded to complete the transfer.
