What happened
Operator was repacking a rejected 24-pack of SSNR that was kicked out at the drop packer. While checking bottles one of them exploded while being placed back into the carton. A shard of glass from this explosion hit employee on the bottom lip causing a laceration that required 4 stitches to close.
