What happened
Employee was in the process of placing a cooling unit into service. Hoses to be connected to the octopus were laid on the floor. Employee tripped on the edge of a yellow safety barrier bolted into the floor. Employee put arms up to brace for the fall and right forearm landed on the coupling of the 2 hose causing a laceration which required 12 stitches to close.
