EE stated that before his pain started occurring at work he was operating the machine by turning it on off making sure that the glue from the machine was not going to run out.

From there EE stated that he was carrying and lifting 40lb boxes to feed the machine and felt a bad pain in his back and right testis. EE stated that he was carrying boxes around 10 times per hour.
