What happened
employee was climbing down a ladder from barge on the wet (dew) concrete as he started to descended the ladder feet slid on the concrete and he fell to the ground. The ladder was tied off but not sufficiently as it slid about a foot and dumped employee off. Employee fell about 4.5 foot injuring his left knee and ankle.
