Partner was hand wrapping a pallet. PIV partner [REDACTED] went to move the pallet with the forklift and didn 't notice the partner 's hands on the other side of the pallet. He stuck his forks into the pallet and lifted the pallet smashing the partner 's hand in-between the forks and the pallet.
