EE was talking to with EE next to him cleaning the casting wheel from the opposite wrong side
What happened
EE was cleaning the casting wheel from the opposite side instead on the bottom as the SOP States he was chatting with another employee that is the reason he went to clean the wheel from the wrong side to keep talking with the other EE. As the EE effected did not notice his arm go into the casting wheel. when the lead noticed he E-STOP.
