Before the incident
The temporary member was attempting to unjam a grinder located on line 61 using a plastic stick with metal hook attached it.
What happened
The temporary member while using the wrong end of the stick (metal hook) to unjam the grinder on Line 61 became entangled in the grinder blade causing the machine to become active and slightly pulling the temporary member into the grinder in which the temporary member came into contact with a sheet metal screw connected to the shoot of the grinder causing a laceration.
