Employee was preparing to put a die in one of the Four-Slide machines. The employee was attempting to clean the die out before placing it in the machine. The employee was using an air hose when something blew back at the employee and went into his mouth. The employee believes he swallowed one of the pieces of material he was blowing out of the die and it got stuck in the employee 's throat due to on-going pain with swallowing.
