Before the incident
EE was clearing a jam out of the profile and he climbed up on the extruder to use the saw he walked on extruder to cal to cut it out of the calibration. When he turned to jump down off the extruder his foot got caught between the hoses and he sprain his ankle and bruised it.
What happened
He got foot caught in the hoses from cal table and was hanging by ankle had another employee come grab him and bring him his stairs to get down.
