Per Operator 's statement Employee was assisting Operator replacing bad tape on heat presses. They completed and Operator proceeded to run manually materials to initiate machine. Upon turning on machine there is a warning alarm with delay Employee proceeded to put his hand back in to remove wrinkle from tape and sealer caught his fingers.
