What happened
[REDACTED] went to memory care to observe residents. She had her computer in one and a packet of information in another hand so she moved the chair with her foot to put her things down. However when she moved the chair the chair started to fall so she tried to catch it. In doing so she had to hop over the fallen chair causing her to stumble fall forward. She hit the memory care counter
