Employee was checking the levels on his product silos As he was approaching the panel employees left foot slipped approximately 8 inches on a wet area in front of the electrical panel This wet substance was a mixture of water and sludge from the swecos overflowing Employee caught themselves and continued to walk back to their workstation approximately 40 ft away Upon sitting down employee felt tingling and warm sensation in their foot and noticed some swelling
