An employee was on the end loader in the aggregate shed pushing up an aggregate pile the wind outside started to stir up a lot of dust and made it hard for the employee to see so the employee parked the end loader and proceeded to get down As the employee was getting down from the end loader with all of the dust it was hard to see the steps the employee missed a step so the employee slipped
