Was driving her car to one of our hospital partner sites

EE was driving to the hospital to Monument [REDACTED] to do a training and EE was going through a green light and a pick up truck did not yield did not yield at a left turn light and hit EE in the driver side door. Both air bags deployed which injured EE. EE said she was injured by the door being pushed into her left side and side and air bags being deployed and jostled her right side. EE had glass pieces of the left back side of head and face was bleeding
