In Court on the 4th floor of the Warren County Judicial Center representing clients before Judge [REDACTED].

Upon Completion of court worker went to the elevator on 4th floor and pushed button for the 3rd floor. Doors opened on 3rd floor employee tripped over elevator door ledge. Elevator had stopped 3 to 4 inches below floor. Employee landed on right knee and then chest.

Immediate severe pain in back knee upper arms and torso.
