While assembling the tool in the toolroom repair bay [REDACTED] was tightening the screws on the parallels. [REDACTED] felt sudden pain in his left shoulder & neck area while pulling on the wrench.. All PPE was worn correctly

While checking all screws on the tool (with Allen Wrench and Pipe extension) [REDACTED] was pulling hard to ensure screws are tight.. While doing so a sudden pain started in his left shoulder side of neck - Confirmed to be a muscle strain.
