What happened
After getting labels from 9W003B [REDACTED] turned to leave the Plex station. His right foot caught on the pallet that was holding the inspection fixtures. He lost his balance and fell to the floor landing on his right shoulded & elbow. [REDACTED] immediately reported the incident to the Ops Manager who escorted him to the office to apply an ice pack. [REDACTED] his shoulder was still a little stiff so we contacted Travcare. He refused medical treatment and returned to work. [REDACTED] later complained of pain in his shoulder so HR setup and appointment for him to see a doctor.
