What happened
The employee was sitting in a chair between the twisting tables and employee passed out fainted and hit burned the right side of the face & ear on the twisting area conveyor and a bread pan. Employee on the floor hit the E Stop button to stop the conveyor and pans from progressing down the conveyor and striking the injured fainted employee.
