What happened
The employee injured her ring finger on the left hand by cutting it on table #1 in the twisting area. The employee cut her finger when preforming routine cleaning of the back of the twisting table. On the backside of the twisting table the employee was cleaning the flour dough on the 3 part section where the pans can be pulled out. Employee cut her hand on the pan itself. This task is preformed at the end of every shift to remove any flour dough from the area.
