Replacing a dryer at a customer site.

A pressurized pipe was loosened during the dryer install without being properly deenergized. the pipe burst when the employee loosened the bolts hitting the employees head. The doctors treated the employee and requested that the employee not return to work the following day as he was following concussion protocol. The employee returned to work the day after.
