What happened
Person exited trailer and made left hand turn coming out of the trailer. Video shows the person 's left foot on the edge of the passenger compartment. Persons foot slipped and went down in front of the lift. Lift made a sharp left turn and crashed into a stack of plastic crates. Original information taken by [REDACTED] which is who he worked for. Not until [REDACTED] that [REDACTED] said we also needed to maintain copies of this information for reporting due to new reporting standards. Found out later that the person developed an infection [REDACTED] later and was hospitalized for that but not for the original injury.
