[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were working on the spiral freezer belt when [REDACTED] got ready to cut the zip ties [REDACTED] removed his hand. [REDACTED] asked [REDACTED] if he was ready before he cut the zip ties hand. When [REDACTED] cut the zip ties the belt got pulled in quickly that is when [REDACTED] realized that his hand where in the wrong position causing his finger to get smashed.
