[REDACTED] was entering the [REDACTED] while carrying a small bowl to perform her duties (continue stocking Deli foods) she slipped backwards and hit the back right side of her head on something but she is not sure what. -- Per [REDACTED]. Per [REDACTED]: [REDACTED] found [REDACTED] on the floor saying she feels dizzy . [REDACTED] did not move her but only brought her some jackets to keep her warm. When I arrived the deli floor appeared wet and the floor inthe deli cooler was slick. [REDACTED] was on the floor holding her head in pain and seemed mildly disoriented. I called [REDACTED] and they put me through to the fire department. The fire department sent some paramedics to evaluate [REDACTED] and ultimately offered to take her to the hospital. Not for the head injury which seemed to have resolved itself by the time they were done evaluating her but for hypertension. There was no noticable bleeding or cuts. --[REDACTED]
