Before the incident
CNS operator borrowed a pike pole from the [REDACTED] Pullback area to clear a cross up on the CNS side of the rollcase. When he returned the pike pole he attempted to toss it back across the lockout area instead of walking across the upper catwalk.
What happened
The pike pole got caught on a guard as he was tossing it and the hook end struck the side of the employee 's right wrist area resulting in a laceration.
