[REDACTED] was washing down his truck 57.1878 after pouring off. He wound up his hose with his right hand. He grabbed the hand rails with three points of contact and stepped down on the rung with his right foot. [REDACTED] said his right hand slipped on the hand rail with his wet wash down gloves and it spun him around to the right and he fell off the truck landing on his lower back.
