What happened
Used gait belt and 3 person assist to stand and pivot a patient to bed. While pivoting the patient reached one hand under either side of the employee 's shoulder back and pushed down the employee as the patient was lowered to the bed. Employee 's back and shoulder started having stabbing pain immediately and was seen in Belton Hospital ER and later on [REDACTED] follow up at Carenow urgent care.
