Work @ Home employee was utilizing a vertical mouse issued back during [REDACTED]. The mouse broke and so she started using a regular issued mouse. Her hand started hurting so she reported it to her manager in [REDACTED]. Her manager gave her 2 alternate [REDACTED] issued mouses to try to see if it remedied any discomfort she was experiencing. Neither mouse worked for her so she reached out to her manager again to notify him of the situation.
