What happened
While working the bag broom EE reached onto the baggage carousel belt to retrieve an overweight bag to place on the outbound cart. While lifting the bag he twisted to place the bag on the cart and extended both arms out to place the bag on the cart EE felt pain and muscle failure in the right shoulder. Pain and weakness of the shoulder continued with a limited range of motion afterwards.
