EE was working on a rework project.
What happened
She was moving a cart with an extra large tote on top of it. When she was pushing the cart through the door from Secondary pack into Primary pack a wheel that was not functioning correctly got stuck and the cart and tote toppled over on top of her. The cart and tote hit her hand and leg. She described having a sharp pain in her right leg that went all the way down to her ankle. She was unable to comfortably apply pressure on that leg and needed assistance walking. She also suffered a bruise on her left hand from the incident.
