What happened
EE states that the red hose that feeds water into the hot pot was coming out. She states that she pulled the red hose back in. While doing so her left hand (which was holding a knife) was above the water and the knife fell into the water. As it dropped the hot water splashed and went up and over her glove and burned her wrist. She stated she was unable to get her glove off in a timely manner.
