What happened
Employee was working on an inbound. One of the pallets had damage cases at the bottom. So the employee used the clamp machine to move the good cases off of the damaged case. Once the good cases had been set aside the team began picking up the damaged cases. The team stacked a couple cases onto the good pallet. As the employee leaned over to pick up a case that had product coming out the side he felt a shooting pain in his lower back that caused him to release the case immediately and grab hold
