Preventative maintenance work in the guestroom # 401

Received police report stating that [REDACTED] overdosed from an unknown narcotic. There was vomit in the guestroom. Emergency response resuscitated him. [REDACTED] stated that he could have possibly been drugged or had a medical episode. Initial call was made by female that the associate had in the room. He claims that she was just bringing him food and there were no drugs in the room. he refused to go to the ER at the time the police and EMT were here but decided to go later after he was sent home suspended pending further investigation. After investigation he admitted to willingly taking the drugs which caused him to OD resulting in termination.
