What happened
I was using my right arm to ambulate patient on the treadmill with a gait belt for his initial visit. I had him gait belted and performing a submaximal functional capacity assessment which required incline to increase every 3 minutes. As it increased patient needed more assistance and reminding to keep up with the treadmill belt and at the front of the treadmill.
